Long career in the industry, Has worked as a LA Tree Officer and also in Central Government at the then DoE. Moved to the private sector and founded CBA. Awarded the MBE for services to Arboriculture.

Date:1996 to 1998
Based in Hampshire, runs CBA Consulting Arboriculturists. Has been active in the Chapter since the beginning. Acted as Treasurer for many years, and has been International Board Director Since1995. Colin has served as Chair of the Board of European Directors of ISA and has put a lot into ISA and the UK/I. Currently involved with BSI Committees responsible for BS 5837,3998 & 4043.
