Bill Kowalczyk
Bill has been in the tree industry for nearly 30 years. He started his career at Nottingham City Parks Dept. before attending Merrist Wood College in 1979.

After joining Hampshire County Council he started his own tree care business in 1986 and now works as an independent tree consultant, still in the 'softy south'.
He achieved his Professional Diploma in 1993 and is a Life Member of the ISA. He was awarded Honorary Life Membership of the UKI Chapter for his work organising a series of high profile and high quality workshops with leading researchers in the Arb field, thereby making a fundamental contribution to the financial stability of the Chapter.
