We are Totally Geared Up for 2008

That’s right Yale and ISC are gifting the UK&I new kit, the old kit has served us well but times changed, rope and hard where have improved and the guys at Fletcher Stewart are helping us to keep up with the times.

Over the last month the UK&I and Fletcher Stewart have been talking with Yale and ISC and the kit list just seemed to get bigger. All the kit will come to our very own specifications, colors, lengths splices etc.

They will also be marking up the kit for us with ISC new laser etching system, this is great news for us as sadly we seem to have allot of kit particularly karabiners disappear every comp, so this will help us keep track of it all, and if any one dose spot our kit out there they can name and shame the culprit and we can prepare the stocks for the next event.

So thats great news for the Chapter Tree Climbing Championships, the trees will be glowing with new gear this year, please don't get it dirty and all of you do every thing we can in positive waves to get us fine weather, at all the events.
